KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Detroit, Michigan who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. This position will manage several apartment communities in Detroit with over 100 units total. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, resident retention, and rent collection.

  • LIHTC experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Budgeting experience
  • Experience with rent collection and resident retention
  • Computer skills
  • Experience with OneSite or similar software
