KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Detroit who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the community, rent collection, resident retention, and certifications.

What we are looking for:

  • Property management experience with Tax Credit
  • Experience with PBV or Section 8 preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Marketing and closing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with rent collection and resident retention
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
