KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Detroit, Michigan who is looking for the next step in their career! The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. Assistant Community Managers assist in overseeing the daily operations of the property, leasing units, rent collection, providing superior customer service to residents, and various administrative tasks.

What you have:

  • Tax Credit experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with rent collection and resident retention
  • OneSite experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate License (paid for by the company)
