We are seeking a Subsidy Specialist to join our Support Center team in Mount Pleasant, Michigan who is detail-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and thrives within a deadline driven schedule. Subsidy Specialists are responsible for processing move-ins, preparing vouchers to submit to contract administrators, HUD, and MSHDA, assist site staff with questions on the Section 8 program, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
You Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
