KMG Prestige is seeking a Lease-Up and Community Manager for an exciting opportunity in Downtown Grand Rapids. This position will oversee the existing 106 homes at Studio Park Lofts and be responsible for leasing 165 new homes in Studio Park Tower. This community will feature the best views in the city and a HUGE amenity deck on the 7th floor, including an Olympic-sized pool, golf simulator, pickle ball courts and so much more! The person in this position will be focused but fun, and be excellent at building relationships with residents, prospective residents, and partners in the community.
We are seeking a candidate who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will love Downtown Grand Rapids and will be able to confidently sell the benefits of living at Studio Park. This candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are also responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff. During the lease-up, some nights and weekends may be required for open houses and events.
What we are looking for:
- Property management experience with a focus on leasing and resident satisfaction
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Budgeting experience
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
