We are seeking a Property Manager in Detroit, Michigan to lead a diverse group of properties, including Section 8 and Tax Credit. The Property Manager is responsible for multi-site operations as well as motivating and training their teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching and developing staff in their knowledge of property management, budget and financial management.
You Have:
- Property Management experience
- Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong financial background
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel
- Section 8 and Tax Credit experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
