We are seeking an HR Associate in Mt. Pleasant who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing administrative duties such as maintaining employee database
  • Maintaining proper records of employee leaves and workplace injuries
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System process including online job postings, screening candidates and scheduling job interviews
  • Ensure smooth communication with applicants and provide timely resolution to their questions

You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong email and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Prior administrative or HR experience
