We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our Niles Post Office Apartments team in Niles, Michigan who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. This full-time position pays $18.00 per hour.
What we are looking for:
- Leadership skills
- Marketing and closing skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to get Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
- Property Management experience with Rural Development and Tax Credit is preferred but not required
