KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 236 unit apartment community in Detroit, Michigan who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Assistant Community Managers assist in overseeing the daily operations of the property, leasing units, and more.

What we are looking for:

  • Tax Credit experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Marketing and closing skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with rent collection and resident retention
  • OneSite experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
