We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager in Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training plans, assisting Community Managers and Leasing Consultants by making recommendations, reviewing advertising and providing feedback, analyzing current economic and market trends, and conducting quarterly in person site visits focusing on marketing and leasing.
You have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email and telephone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Previous Leasing and Property Management experience is required
- Travel required
- Ability to work remote
